EU-Morocco fisheries agreement inapplicable in Western Sahara, says CJEU

BRUSSELS – The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on Tuesday has declared that the EU-Morocco fisheries agreement "valid" insofar as this agreement is inapplicable in Western Sahara and the Sahrawi territorial waters.
